Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to fsd8 and its operators. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered user or visitor accessing fsd8.app.

References to any statute or regulation include all amendments thereto. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the fsd8 platform and all associated gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the conditions below before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on fsd8.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registering your fsd8 account. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all bets and wagers will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method following verification. No winnings will be paid to underage players under any circumstances.
• Geographical Access: fsd8 is designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited for personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fsd8 complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your location.
• Personal Capacity: You must be registering and using the account in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of another individual, and shared accounts are not permitted on fsd8. Each account must correspond to one unique, living individual.
• Sound Mind and No Compulsion: You confirm that you are not registering under duress, coercion, or undue influence from any third party, and that you are of sound mind at the time of account creation and at all times when placing bets or making financial transactions on the platform.
• Not a Previously Excluded Player: You confirm that you have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order, account closure for misconduct, or any other restriction imposed by fsd8 that remains in force at the time of your registration attempt. Attempting to register a new account during an active exclusion period is a breach of these terms.
• Valid Contact Information: You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your own name and is the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false contact information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

fsd8 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that one or more of the above eligibility criteria are not satisfied, without being obliged to provide a detailed explanation to the applicant or account holder.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fsd8 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a verified account at fsd8.app. The registration process is designed to be straightforward while maintaining the security standards required to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

• Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on fsd8 at any given time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, another person's identity, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed and all balances, including pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.
• Accurate Registration Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at every stage of the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during KYC verification. fsd8 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration that prevents the correct processing of deposits, withdrawals, or identity verification.
• OTP Authentication: fsd8 uses one-time password (OTP) authentication via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number as a core security layer. You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile number remains active, accessible, and registered in your name. You must notify fsd8 support immediately at [email protected] if your registered mobile number changes or is compromised.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. fsd8 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to your fsd8 account, contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and is not shared with any other service. fsd8 staff will never ask you to reveal your password. Any request to do so — whether by email, phone, or chat — should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Account Security Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted on your fsd8 account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested while your account is logged in, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fsd8 support at [email protected] immediately to request an emergency account lock.
• KYC Verification Before Withdrawal: Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, fsd8 will initiate a KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scanned copy of your valid Bangladesh National Identity Document (NID). fsd8 may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fsd8 may result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal request.
• Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. fsd8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule communicated to players at the time their account is classified as dormant. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on fsd8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Bangladeshi bank accounts. fsd8 does not accept international payment cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform's payments page.

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): fsd8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are subject to automated and manual AML screening. fsd8 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a player's account. Accounts under AML investigation will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution. fsd8 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their mobile banking provider for deposits made to fsd8. If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account correctly, contact fsd8 support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket app. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in immediate account termination and recovery of all associated costs.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on fsd8 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. There is no multi-currency functionality on the platform. Any foreign currency amounts shown in third-party game interfaces are indicative only — actual wager and payout amounts will always be settled in BDT.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted on the fsd8 platform. Individual game categories — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Aviator, and dice — may have additional specific rules accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that category.

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and a reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. fsd8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or a software fault — in which case the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Cricket Betting: fsd8 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as other international cricket tournaments. All cricket bet settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable). Matches that are abandoned or declared no-result will have all associated bets voided and stakes returned. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.
• Live Casino: All live casino games on fsd8 are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the respective game provider's published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server result, which is final.
• Slots: All slot games on fsd8 use certified RNG technology. The outcome of each spin is entirely independent of previous spins. RTP percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. Progressive jackpot amounts shown are live figures and may change at any moment. fsd8 accepts no liability for discrepancies between jackpot amounts displayed in the game lobby and the final settled jackpot amount.
• Aviator by Spribe: Aviator is a provably fair crash game. The multiplier at which the round ends is determined by a certified algorithm that neither fsd8 nor Spribe can influence after the round seed is generated. Players can verify the fairness of each round result using the provably fair verification tool within the game interface. Auto-cashout settings are executed on a best-effort basis and fsd8 does not guarantee execution at the exact set multiplier in the event of extreme server load.
• Dice Games: Dice game outcomes on fsd8 are determined by a provably fair RNG. The house edge applicable to each dice game variant is displayed within the game interface before each round commences. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all dice games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Maximum Winnings Cap: fsd8 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction payout cap across all game categories. The applicable cap for each game category is displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings that exceed the stated cap will be paid at the cap amount. Players are advised to review the applicable cap before placing large bets.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Any player found to be involved in collusion with other players, or in any arrangement that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of game outcomes, will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. fsd8 uses automated pattern-detection tools to identify suspicious betting behaviour across all markets.

Bonuses & Promotions

fsd8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, BPL season specials, Eid promotional offers, and free-spin campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion alongside the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and carries a wagering requirement that must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Full terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of claiming.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is eligible for each fsd8 promotional offer only once, unless the offer is explicitly designated as a recurring or weekly promotion. Attempting to claim a one-time promotional offer more than once — including by creating a second account — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account termination.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower percentage, and sports betting contributions depend on the odds of the bet placed. • Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the stated promotional period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. fsd8 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of claiming.
• fsd8's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions: fsd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working through its wagering requirement, any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of withdrawal will be removed. Real-money winnings already generated and credited to the player's real-money balance prior to the withdrawal will not be affected.
• Bonus Abuse: fsd8 uses automated tools to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"). Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fsd8, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other players and the integrity of the platform. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to the appropriate legal authorities.

• Intellectual Property: All content on the fsd8 platform — including but not limited to the fsd8 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of fsd8 or its licensed game providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any fsd8 content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of data from fsd8.app using automated tools is strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Use: Your fsd8 account is for personal entertainment use only. Operating a business using fsd8 — including accepting bets from third parties, operating an agency account, or reselling fsd8 credits — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.
• Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of fsd8 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. fsd8 makes no representation that access to its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing fsd8 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Account Suspension & Closure

fsd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. The following provisions govern the suspension and closure process.

• Grounds for Suspension: Account suspension may be triggered by — but is not limited to — suspected multi-accounting, failed KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, suspected bonus abuse, suspected match-fixing involvement, complaints from other players or third parties, or a request from the account holder themselves (including voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected]).
• Suspension Period and Investigation: When an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number. The investigation period may last up to 30 days depending on the complexity of the case. During suspension, the player cannot log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected balances restored.
• Permanent Closure for Breach: Where an investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, fsd8 may permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus funds and associated winnings will always be forfeited upon closure for breach. fsd8 will communicate its findings to the account holder in summary form upon request.
• Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their fsd8 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
• Self-Exclusion: fsd8 supports responsible gaming through its self-exclusion programme. Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and cannot be reopened for any reason until the exclusion period has expired. • Effect of Closure on Pending Bets: Where an account is closed — whether voluntarily, for breach, or following a self-exclusion request — any bets that were placed and confirmed prior to the closure will be settled in accordance with the normal settlement rules. Winnings from pre-closure bets will be credited to the account balance and handled in accordance with the applicable closure procedure.
• Right of Appeal: Players who believe that their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with a clear explanation of their case and any supporting documentation. fsd8 will acknowledge all appeals within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. The decision issued upon completion of the appeals process is final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and fsd8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
