In such cases, that incidental information is not recorded, processed, or retained beyond the document verification step.

How We Use Your Data

fsd8 uses personal data collected from players for specific, legitimate purposes related to the operation of the platform, the safety and security of the player community, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. We do not process your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with those stated below.

• Account Registration and Management: Your identity data, contact data, and account credentials are used to create and maintain your fsd8 account, authenticate you at login via OTP, personalise your platform experience, and enable you to access all gaming and betting services available to registered players.

All personal data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard physical and technical security measures. fsd8 does not transfer personal data to servers located outside of the region without ensuring that equivalent data protection safeguards are in place. If a cross-border data transfer is required for operational purposes, fsd8 will ensure that the transfer is governed by appropriate contractual data protection clauses.

fsd8 respects the privacy rights of all registered players. The following rights are available to you with respect to the personal data fsd8 holds about you. Data Security Measures

Even fsd8 staff cannot retrieve your plain-text password — if your password is lost, a reset via OTP to your registered mobile number is the only recovery method.

This means that even if your account password is somehow compromised, an attacker cannot access your account without physical access to your registered mobile device.
• KYC Document Encryption at Rest: All NID documents and photographs submitted for KYC verification are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and stored in an access-controlled document vault accessible only by authorised fsd8 compliance personnel. Documents are not stored in the same database as general account data.
• Access Controls and Least-Privilege Principles: Access to player personal data by fsd8 staff is restricted on a need-to-know basis. All internal data access is role-based, logged, and audited. Customer support staff can view your account status and transaction summary but cannot view your full NID document or your complete payment account numbers.

The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the data categories affected, and the steps fsd8 has taken to contain and remediate the incident.

It applies to all personal data collected by fsd8 from players accessing the platform via fsd8.app, whether on desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or any future fsd8 mobile application. It applies to players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations in Bangladesh. Players aged 18 and above only. fsd8 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
